Up to 275 (female). (Male) weigh 150 kilograms.

Giant squid live at mid-depth water from 200-1000 meter deep. Colossal squid live at around 1000 meter deep.

Giant squid have 6-to-7 metre lone tentacles lined with hooks. Colossal squid have 2-to-3 lone tentacles.   

 

Colossal squid have eye big as diner plates.
